ZG631 is a single component used in screen printing, heat curing epoxy resin adhesive soon after, the "shear thinning" and non-volatile viscosity suitable for porous printing (squeegee) or SMT Chip dispensing machine, the shape is very easy to control the gel-point, excellent heat resistance, and without any solvent, in full compliance with environmental requirements. 

 Typical uses 
 In the wave soldering surface mount components prior to bonding the printed circuit board, suitable for porous printing (squeegee), or used in the SMT placement machine, dispensing and the requirement of high wet strength, high electrical performance occasions. This product is difficult to stick the elements that are particularly good adhesion, such as: transparent glass diodes.
